Grants & Grant Programs

"Florida Agriculture in the Classroom" distributes Volunteer Grants in the spring and Teacher Grants in the fall.

Volunteer Grants are available to members of state and county Farm Bureaus, University of Florida/IFAS extension and 4-H agents, master gardeners,  and others who are members of a non-profit association striving to educate students in kindergarten through 12th grade about the importance of Florida agriculture.

Teacher Grants are available to general education teachers kindergarten through 12th grade, and agri-science teachers who have agriculture related classroom or schoolyard projects they would like to carry out.
